Born in Paris from Beninese parents, Philippe took the inspiration to become a chef from his mother's tastefull receipes.
After 14 years of experience in France including 3 years at Le Mandarin Oriental Paris alongside two stars Michelin chef Thierry Marx, the desire to experiment new tastes and new horizons led him to London.
His refined, tasteful and friendly cooking, his attention to details will give you a great time and an unforgettable experience.
